Any damaged or missing parcels is not my responsibility as I am not in control of what happens after I have sent out your parcels. However, I will try my best to help you out with it.

Once I have shipped out your order, you will receive an email.

If you've opted for tracked shipping , you'll be able to track your parcel at here.

I do not accept refunds/returns or cancellations since all sales are final.

If your parcel has been returned to me, I can ship your parcel again but additional shipping fees will be charged.
